Es bietet Platz für 2 Erwachsene und bis zu 2 Kindern, kleinere Haustiere sind nach Anfrage erlaubt. „Sétimo Céu“ hat ein kombiniertes Wohn-Esszimmer mit Sat-TV, 1 Schlafzimmer und ein Duschbad. Die an das Wohnzimmer angegliederte Küche ist komfortabel mit Herd, Kühl-Gefrierkombination, Toaster, Mikrowelle, Saftpresse und Kaffeemaschine ausgestattet. Vor dem Haus ist eine kleine Terrasse mit Möbeln und Sonnenliegen. Im Winter ist Heizung möglich. Der unverdorbene Strand „Praia Verde“ ist direkt zugänglich, es sind keine Bootsfahrten nötig. Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in São Bartolomeu (1 km) für Brötchen und Mini-Mercado, Restaurant; Altura (ca. 5 km) mit Markthalle, Ecomarché, Loja Fresca, Zeitungen und Restaurants; Castro Marim (4 km) Markthalle, Mini-Mercados, Post, Apotheke, Centro de Saude; Monte Gordo (6 km) mit Bummelzone, Straßenhändlern, Restaurants, Bars und Spielkasino oder Vila Real de St. António (8 km) Lidl, “Handtuchmeile“, usw. Im Umkreis von 10-15 km sind insgesamt 10 Golfplätze in Portugal und Spanien zu erreichen, jede Art von Wassersport ist möglich, sowie Rad fahren, wandern, Tennis spielen und reiten.
